Title:

Repetitive Print Head Clogging

Text:

I am trying to make a Dymaxion Globe and need to print the corner pieces - Except after printing the first four pieces the nozzle clogs between the tube and the nozzle insert part way through the print. Obviously lost time, money and effort as I clean the nozzle, set up and restart the print only to have it fail. I have tried - 1. Different Materials 2. Different rolls of filiment 3. Raising nozzle temp for easier extrusion 4. Lowering nozzle temp to reduce heat creep back through the nozzle 5. Trimming the tube for better fit 6. Swearing mightily in multiple languages. Any Suggestions/Ideas/Hints?
