Any idea what this is?

This was laying in my shipping box, and I have no idea what it is or where it goes. Anyone have a clue? You can see the scale of it compared to the boxzy logo on the front of the machine.

Boxzy actually got back to me over email and said it's an extra bracket for the Makita milling head. They include it just in case the backers would need it at some point.

So, whether or not that's the same thing you're talking about or not, that's what it's for!

Hi Mark,

The link to imgur doesn't show the pict. It stays forever with the loading icon.

I found a clamping tool inside the milling machine and have no idea for what this could be used. It doesn't fit to anything of my BoXZY content.

Hi Mark,

had a quick look-around my BoXZY and can't see anything like that.

Hi Marco,

are you referring to the black Makita clamp? I have seen this used in some videos to clamp attachments into the head instead of the assembled clamp. Not sure if it is redundant or not?

I can't seem to see where it would fit, either. It was just laying inside the main shipping box, it wasn't inside any of the other boxes packed inside the boxzy itself.

It's part of an alternative clamp provided if you desire to use it. The portion you showed actually can't be used, just the other parts. I used only the plastic nob bolt to replace the metal clamp bolt that was already installed. It only required sanding some of the plastic end off so it did not stick out past the limit switch. Works nicely, much easier to adjust!
