Print bed/printer scaffolding is warped

My printer has recently developed a problem where even though the bed is completely level on the perimeter, it is lower in the middle. This is causing most of my prints to fail because parts of the initial layer won’t adhere. I’ve been running the printer pretty successfully for the past few weeks with lots of print time per day and no failures because of this issue. On Friday it was starting to be more inconvenient but not catastrophic; however, this morning it’s so bad that even with the print head resting on the bed at the home position it doesn’t print in certain parts of the middle of the bed. My model is an OG kickstarter fulfillment so I’ve had it and run it for while with no issues like this.

Is it possible i warped the bed?

Or is it more likely that something is loose? Where should I start to troubleshoot this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

It’s hard so say how or why the bed suddenly warped, as it's pretty hard to warp 1/4 aluminum. I doubt it happened due to loose components, as the mounting screws are on the perimeter. However, you can get a piece of borosilicate glass from ebay ($10-20), and use binder clips to attach it over the platform, and that will provide a new perfectly flat print surface.

I meant loose more along the lines of: could something be loose in the print head controls thats causing it to move unevenly around the bed?

If the X or Y rails are bent, that couldnt certainly cause it, but I don't see any obvious way loose hardware would allow it to remain level around the perimeter, but change in the center. Could possibly be a bad linear bearing that hangs up at a specific point, or wear (flat spot) on your linear rail. Do you grease your bearings often?
