How to Clean Boxzy Print Head Nozzle

I’m having issues with my print head, I’ve taken it all apart to see where the clog is. I’ve narrowed it down to the actual nozzle. I have it taken apart manual pushing PLA in the steel assemble with the nozzle/sensor/heater, but I cannot get anything through.

The outside looks clean to my eye, but I was going to try a light sanding with high grit sand paper.

Any other thoughts?

Have to actually separated the black cold and and aluminum hotend yet?

Most clogs are actually filament bundling up between the hose connector and the black cold end and do not require a full dissasembly. You can typically just unscrew the connector, clip the filament bundle, and put everything back together.

Otherwise, this guide will help you:

Thanks for the reply. I have it already disassembled like that and I still cant get anything through aluminum hot end.

Have you tried heating it to a temperature that is higher than the print temeprature? If that doesn't work, you can drill it out, or bake it out (oven self clean setting).
