No BoXZY Tab in the Interface app (BoXZY.dll file trouble)

I'm attempting to print something for the first time with my new BoXZY. I believe it to be a problem with the BoXZY.dll file as there is no BoXZY tab in the application (as described in the Laser Engraver Setup Guide. I have no duplicates of the .dll, just one. It's in the proper directory, in the C:/ drive, (pro files, boxzy, plugins, boxzy etc.)

When I select "Unblock" in the .dll file properties, it seems to work. But when I select OK and re-open the properties, it appears unselected again. Still leaving no new tab in the BoXZY Interface V1.6.0 program.

I've downloaded and setup everything today (3/1/2016) I say this in the case that there may possibly be previous revisions of the .dll file have worked.

Any advice?

P.S. Has anyone received their filament, 4th axis kit, or dual extrusion head yet?

Update (03/02/2016)

Unfortunately, this problem persists. I have admin privileges. I've even made an exclusion in my Avast Antivirus software for BoXZY.dll, plus I've disabled Avast all together, still no dice.

I recently noticed that any changes to the files/folder's properties inside "...Program Files\boxzy" do not hold. I'll reopen the properties and the settings are back to the way they were as if I've changed nothing. It can't be lack of admin privileges, as I'm able to delete and rename files it the boxzy program file (which takes an admin to execute).

I get the following error in the log when BoXZY Interface opens up:

11:22:26.033 : Could not load file or assembly 'BoXZY, Version=1.2016.1.4, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

Comments:

You need to have administrative privileges to change the properties of this .dll file. I would also disable anti-virus software before running BoXZY application.

No filament, 4th axis is presumably in the works, and to my understanding, dual extrusion head will not happen for quite some time.

I had the same issue I am running win 8.1, I found it is a little more laborious to unblock a file for my system (button rather than checkbox), but put the how to under the software install guide if this answer doesn't work for anyone.

"I have found that zipping the files and then unzipping them does the trick when a simple click of Unblock doesn't stick. Not sure if it matters, but I used "Send To > Compressed Folder" to zip and WinRAR to unzip."
