Meta question: Overall structure and order of the guides
Before just jumping in and hacking on the guides I thought it might be useful to get a sense of the overall structure. Right now I find it a bit ... challenging. Sure, if I select the "Instructions" tab and select "1.2 Setting Up Your BoXZY" most everything is there, but not real obvious. You have to read carefully and catch the embedded links. To my way of thinking (and more common to other sites) there is usually a "Software" or "Downloads" tab. Under that would be all the things I would need in one place, broken out under the desired platform, e.g. Windows, MacOS, Linux, etc.
I appreciate the Wiki format and ability to make changes to the doc. I just don't want to jump in and start hacking if there are already plans for a different structure, or to do something that the group doesn't think makes sense. I am a neophyte but I am also a teacher and a tech-pubs person and have ideas about what works.
Is this a good question?
