Laser Interface questions and help

Help, I know a lot of this is supposed to be intuitive however I have been watching video for two days and still don't have the laser extension installed in Inkscape . I would really aplpreciate some human interfacing or walkthrough. Do you all have a phone number?

Hi Craig,

You could definitely hit up Info@BoXZY.com for the direct phone number, but you stated your question was regarding Inkscape, correct? I can tell you, no one in the team can help you with that external software, the Inscape guides were exclusively created by users familiar with the software. However, I may be able to help. I'm not super familiar with the software, but I did help write the Inkscape guide below, using the guidance of online tutorials and other users.

Have you found this guide?

You can draw with any program you'd like, including Inkscape and adobe, or just take a picture of something. You do not need any plug in to load those images into the windows interface. Simply save them as a jpg or png and open them inside the BoXZY laser tab of the windows interface. Or choose an image off of the internet.

The plugin is only necessary if you do not have the windows interface and are trying to run the laser without it, in MAC or Linux.
