Centering Print Head on Print Surface

Good evening everyone! Finally started using our Boxzy 3d printer this weekend. It appears even if I have centered the object on the print surface, it is does not actually print in the center. Basically if you look at the front of the Boxzy, the printed object will be centered on the X axis, but is to the left o f center on the Y axis. Any ideas would help.

Comments:

I would have assumed "Center" actually meant center. For laser work, I have built a jig for my most common items and use the actual center to start from.

Due to the location of the ballscrews the movement area is not directly in the center of the machine. If you would like to see where the actual center is, manually enter G1 X82.5 Y82.5 and the head will move above the center position.
