Has Vectric software been used with BoXZY?

I bought PhotoVCarve and would like to run that g-code on BoXZY. Vectric has about 50 post processors to generate G-Code for different machines, is there a suitable one?

I'd like to use VCarve or Aspire - these seem fairly easy to learn and have lots of online tutorials and demos.

Alternatively, I would gladly write or help write a post processor to output to BoXZY, if I can have the needed documentation.

I am almost done writing the post-processor for Vectric. Adding spaces was trivial, now I need to verify all commands are supported by BoXZY/Repetier .

WARNING: This is work in process, so use at your own risk.

If someone needs this post-processor, please pick it up here:

Please share back with me any further improvements.

Just saw this also, and wanted to say I really appreciate it.

Fusion360 is great, but it's taking me time learning its quirks when all I really want to do is start cutting. Haha, before I saw this I started writing a simple script to add spaces between XYZ commands (and delete incompatible commands) from one of the other post processor text files from Aspire Cut2D.

I just saw this today (8/12/2017) and am not sure where this is.

I also have a similar problem. About 2+ years ago I purchased a small CNC machine called the Piranha. I decided I wanted to use something in preparation of receipt of my BOXZY. I learned to use Vectric 8.0. I agree it is easier to use. I purchased the original version of the BOXZY. Since then my health has deteriorated so I am not able to use the machine. I am not a programmer. This would allow me to use this machine and not take a hosing trying to sell it. I would support your efforts but not sure what I could do.

You can use the Thermwood(mm) output for BoXZY. Just make sure to do an air pass first and verify its working.

Haha, I was going through all the post processors in Cut2D, but in alphabetical order. I never got to "T". Thank for that.
