    • Make sure all power is completely disconnected

    • Place the cover to your right.

    • You may want to unplug some connections for additional freedom in moving the cover around

    • Unscrew the three bolts that hold the board to the machine. If you remove the bolts entirely, be sure to keep track of all the washers and spacers, as you will need these for reinstallation.

  2. The arduino is located on the back of the main board. You do not need to remove any/all wiring connections on the main board to remove and reinstall the Arduino. If you would remove them for easier access, please reference Removing and Reinstalling a Circuit Board for a more complete set of instructions on how to properly unattach and reattach your board connections. Once your board is loosened from your BoXZY, pull the Arduino away from the board. This may take a little bit of force and should be done as squarely as possible to avoid bending pins.

    • Take note of all wiring locations and take photos for matching them during reassembly

    • You will then place your new Arduino onto the board and press it into place after straightening any bent pins. Be sure that all the pins are inserted into the proper holes.

    • Replace the bolts with the fillers and washers in place. Tighten all three bolts gradually and incrementally to avoid stressing the board in one direction.

    • Once you've reattached the board replace any removed connections and replace the cover. When replacing the cover, make sure that all the black harness are tucked behind the board as they were prior to removal.

    • After the cover is replaced, your BoXZY is ready to go with the new Arduino.
