[title] Alignment Panel Test: Part 2
[* green] Use the X & Y directional pad on the Alignment Panel (green box in image 1) to move the '''red crosshairs''' to the dot in the middle of the circle (showncircle, as shown in image 2)2. The red crosshairs show the '''blue dot'sLaser Head's physical location relative to where it'll be when engravingetching that exact part of your loaded image.''' This is how you align your material.
[* yellow] You can also use the X and Y boxes (shownboxes, shown in the yellow box in image 1)1, to more finely move the red crosshairs/Laser Head.
[* icon_note]black] If you need to, move your material so that the blue dot lines up exactly with its center. This allowsis how you to preview exactly where each part of an image will etch ontophysically align your material. Remember: the actual position of the projected beam inside the machine is shown by the position of the crosshairs over the X, Y plane.
[* red] Using the X and Y directional pad, move the red crosshaircrosshairs around to each corner of the square, as shown in image 3.
[* blue] At each corner, look at the blue dot inside the machineof BoXZY. This is where each corner of the square will be etched onto your material.
[* icon_reminder] Using the red crosshairs can help you determine where the image will appear on
your material.

[* black] In the Process Panel, click the '''Print''' button to begin the Square Circle image and watch BoXZY perform the Alignment Panel Test. After the test is finished, press your '''physical e-stop''' and examine your Alignment Panel Test. It should look similar to the Square Circle image.
[* icon_caution] Keep your Laser Safety Glasses on and make sure that anyone in viewing distance of the laser is wearing Laser Safety Glasses.
